Try to take some booze with you to work.
Or at least have some before you go.

Unfortunately im 20

It'll be just like a day shift, only there will probably be less to do and far less customers. At least you won't have to deal with anybody face to face as you're on the grill. I would much rather have that job than be on the cash register.
You'll do fine Anon. I believe in you.
>>25653911
you might get flashed by boozed up hoes trying to get free food
>>25653911
Isn't working the grill really easy since all the food is mostly pre-prepared and all you need to do is heat it up and make sure it doesn't burn?
quit and do security work

So pretty easy?
>>25654218
And nah, everythings surprisingly fresh. I thought the same thing before i started here
Sounds perfect. Better pay, less to do.
What's the problem?

TX? Just chill out, it's the same work as during the day, only it's dark outside and you get to meet drunks and weird nocturnal people. Also, look out for the hash-slinging slasher.

I used to work 11pm - 6am at a McDonalds in Knoxville. Here's how it goes...
11pm-2am: Nothing really happening, a few orders here and there but mostly your just putting stuff in storage. Make sure you have a few nuggets and patties ready for the rush
2am-3am: Probably the busiest it will get. If you';re the cook, take your time. Most people are drunk/high anyway.
3am-5am: Dead slow, you'll probably be put to mopping/sweeping followed by breakfast prep. I had to make grits, a few egg patties, sausage patties, and a couple of hash browns.
5am-6am: Transition to breakfast team, you'll mostly be cooking and getting ready to leave.

I would say pretty dead. Depending on your location, the menu goes exclusively breakfast around 430 or 5. However, most of the pressure will be on the breakfast team. I used to pretend to be prepping shit while I was secretly farting the freezer room. Felt great.
