Pretty much all of this, though other reasons include the statistical fact that a woman's happiness in her marriage and life in general seems to steadily go down as her partner count goes up.
Also an important note that a lot of people forget; not everyone has the same viewpoint of sex as everyone else. To some people it's incredibly intimate and meaningful and something they'd never do outside of a traditional monogamous relationship (me and probably a fair number of robots here) and those who see it as nothing more than a bodily function and separate sex from intimacy. So it kinda comes down to a completely differing world view. If you can't agree on something as basic as human interaction and sex, you're probably gonna disagree on a lot of other shit too.
