when you get angry immediately think of other shit, unless you 'need' to be angry.. doubt that though.

Weed had some negative impact on my life but it truly helped me to get over my anger and humiliation. Smoke it until you feel fine with yourself, then stop. (That's what I'm doing atm)

I was a stupid ass teenager but eventually you grow up and just learn to let that shit go.
