It's just a blander variant of texmex. It's all derivative, unless you're planning on eating stewed pig brain tamales in a town in northern Mexico cooked by an abuela. That would be amazing too, but the search for authenticity is meaningless. Calling Americanized Mexican food just plain Mexican is grating, but there's nothing inherently wrong about the food.

To make it better I used to work at McDonalds. All the stuff you order pops up on the cooks display as soon as it's put into the register so they can get your food out faster. They had already started making your meal when you took off.

Chipotle is the hardest job I've had by a long shot. The lines get crazy out the door ridiculous, managers breathing down your neck telling you to move the line faster, asshole customers like OP doing stupid shit just to spite you, the list goes on and on.
