If you're single (like I know you are) then just leave it. You can shave it for practical reasons if it a legit problem. If you're truly self-conscious then trim it down to 1/4=1/2 an inch.

First, yeah, nip hair is pretty normal. It's all I grew from age 18 or so until like 28 where I started to actually grow chest hair.
Anyway, one girl wished I had more chest hair, and the more recent one wanted me hairless on my chest. So really, it's up to you; it's no less 'normal' to shave it.
