I want to get back into my room whenever I'm not there. I sweat alot and need to drink a lot of alcohol before I feel at ease being around people, it usually ends up with me just suddenly leaving and getting back to my bed anyway though. I also twitch/cringe from somethign I've done in social situations years ago or recently several times an hour. Talking to myself often to calm myself down when doing this. I also tend to overthink every word said to me, same with body language.
