This only works for people who have internalised it already from birth (AKA genetics).
You cannot tell people to "just don't be afraid to fail :^)" or "just trust yourself" and expect it to work.
If it would, the whole world would be listening to Arnold motivationals and we would have a massive influx of Chads.
