Cold feet. I wear insulated boot/slipper things, made for people who camp in winter, around the house always. Also sleep with sleeping bag rated for -18C as a blanket. It gets so hot by the middle of the night I push off all of it except the part covering my feet. I assume poor circulation?

I feel the hands part. People always complain that I have cold hands no matter what time of the year it is. Most of the time my hands are fine tho.
