Robots how do you stay focused while trying to do work/school, I have 5 hours to do a shit ton of work that I need done very badly but I just cannot be bothered to do it.

I'm assuming that you do your work/study on a laptop or tablet? And when you get distracted you start browsing? I stopped this happening to myself by doing my work/study in a public place, like a library. For me it feels like I'm being judged by the people around me if I don't do work
