>tfw everytime I'm in a heated discussion or speaking out to many people my body starts to shiver

What the fuck do I do to prevent it? It's not that I'm scared of speaking out or even arguing, but my body seems to be. Why is that? What's going on with me?

Adrenaline rush. You are excited. Have a fap while doing the deed.

But is it normal to shiver like this? I don't wanna end up like that guy on E3
>>
Whenever I get into an Internet argument I start to shake and get really anxious and rushed. Maybe we're just pussies op

If you put yourself in that situation often enough, eventually that reaction will go away. Same thing with stage fright, really. Exposure is the solution.

post guy you're talking about

normal. i use to shiver when i would sit down at a poker table at a casino even when i knew the game was super profitable and i wasn't consciously nervous at all. now i'm totally calm because my brain is used to it. i'd probably still shiver if someone came up to me on the street acting aggressively, or if a cop pulled me over.

I get this anytime I start telling stories from war. My mind starts going at a million miles per second as if I'm reliving it again. I don't have PTSD, I've been told it's just the mind/brain working faster what the nervous system can keep up with.

Be advised though, you'll feel bad for him.

But the thing is anon, I don't have the stage fright. I can just go out and speak relatively easily. My body on the other hand starts to shiver like fuck.

I recently had to do a debate. I killed it but I literally had to wear some slightly baggy clothes and keep in a position where people wouldn't see me shake.

Well shit, now that you mentioned it, I sometimes have this problem as well. I can sometimes speak but literally omit words without noticing simply because my brain works far faster than the rest of me.

You are not alone OP. Many people who are natural introverts have this problem.

Oh, lordt no.
I've shaken like this for effective speaking in uni.
It was only my legs behind the desk, my hands didn't fuck up as much.
Still took points off my presentation because I "Didn't move my hands enough"

I wish I could weaponize my anger.

I know, but how do I make my body calmer?
