Woke up at 4:30pm earlier today and need to fix my shit before I return to college on the 7th.

i haven't had a sleep schedule in years. i just go to bed when sleepy and wake up when i do. sometimes i stay up for 30 hours sometimes for 8. doesn't really make a difference in my routines what time of day I wake up

it's very easy to do succesfully. can't understand people who struggle with adjusting their sleep patterns if there's need for it. just account for the extra hours you stayed up by sleeping an hour or two extra and it'll work like a charm

worst that happens is you get over being tired and actually go to bed too late again the next night

Doing something besides sitting on your ass all day is THE ONLY way of getting a 24 hour sleep cycle. Everything else will not work.
Get a 1 hour workout in and you will sleep fine.

But you and I both know you don't have the dedication so do whatever you want.

As somebody who has done this a lot, the best solution is to stay up for the whole night and go to bed the next day around 6-7pm. Doing a bit of exercise helps.

i sleep at 7AM and then wake around 4pm
i don't seen daylight since 2 month now... i sleep much better in the morning... but i miss daylight and i'm getting crazy

Reset your body clock by eating little amounts throughout the day for a day, no big ass meals or anything. Then, around the time you want to start waking up at, eat a bigass breakfast. It will reset your internal clock, make your brain think that's when you hunt and find food so that's when you need to be awake.
