good in some cases but of course has it's limitations
if your facial flaws are immediately noticeable(as in a surgeon can just look at you and tell you what you need and how he should go about it) then it will help you

Creating a genetic value illusion by cosmetic surgery is pretty much what weak people do. There should be a limit as to who has the right to get surgery. Only 7/10+ people should be allowed to change into a better looking person. Everybody below 7/10 should be either sterilized upon receiving the surgery or don't get it at all.

I think it's fine, millions of people get braces, tattoos, and pierrcings, so I don't know why cosmetic surgery has the stigma that it does. I personally might get a chin implant and perhaps a nose job at some point in the future.
