I've always suspected they are younger. Like 16-21 young. I'm 28 and at this age you get ED sometimes. Not all the time, but your libido is weaker and your boner doesn't give a fuck anymore. So "nofap" is like... the norm. Sometimes. I'll go a few days without fapping and not realize it. It's natural, my friends my age have similar decreases in libido.
Are there mental health benefits? Not really. I don't notice when I don't fap sometimes, it's not like I feel any better than normal. In fact, I think nofap people take their boners for granted. Wait until you WANT a boner and it's being uncooperative.
