Nah a tall man can always improve, whereas a very short man can never become attractive to women even if he is very rich and famous. Peter Dinklage is cool and I'm sure his wife loves him but he's not a heart throb.
That having been said self improvement is pretty much catered exclusively to tall white men, you can get rid of acne, lose weight, get a haircut, dress better and get a good amount of women.
