Not too terribly well.
Having existential dread/feels/depression about what comes after you take the dirt nap, and the likelihood it's nothing.
It scares the bejeezus out of me, and it's actually affecting me quite seriously.
But I feel like if I could learn not to be afraid, that'd be a major step in becoming the person I want to be.

I just had the realization one day that there's likely nothing after death, and that scares me, because it's unknown.
I tried to seek out religion, but it all felt hollow and wrong for me, like I couldn't truly get myself to believe.
Ever since, the thought has been hanging over me like a dark cloud, or the Sword of Damocles, and I've become extremely sensitive to anything that even comes close to these sorts of topics.

Doesn't help that I've recently been diagnosed with Asperger's (a symptom of which is often obsessive thoughts), and that I used to be suicidal in my early teens, because of bullying.
I don't know, I just...I can't find a good way to articulate my thoughts and fears.
