Lars and the Real Girl - Only nonrobot aspect is the sappy, happy ending. Beginning in particular is solid robot.
Lost in Translation focused way too much on Scarlett Johansson. Her simplistic expression as she aimlessly walked around Tokyo just annoyed me. Any prolonged focus on a privileged female really takes away from a film's robot credibility.

Rampage 1 and 2 have the same kind of straightforward truthful monologues everyone rolls their eyes at because it sounds too obvious and hamfisted, but Rampage - like God Bless America - are about alienated people who violently hate a society they don't belong in.
