Is anyone else way more happy after being awake for a long time? I feel more confident in myself and feel like I can do the things I need to do to continue my life and stop being NEET. To get the things I want. Then I go to sleep and wake up and it's back to not believing I'm smart enough and this and that.
I don't drink, I don't do drugs, I don't take meds. Nothing. Being awake for a long time just makes me feel so much different

How longs it take for you? Usually for me it's in the area just before I am too tired to stay awake any longer

Usually it needs to be like 1 or 2 hours past my "average bedtime"I am actually almost euphoric by then.
Same here
Post not original, blah
I usually go to bed about midnight so if I drink coffee at around 11pm I feel pretty good
Was thinking about this too famillia. I'm always the angriest just after I wake up.
>I don't drink
Sleep deprivation is equivalent to being drunk. Maybe you should try.
>1 to 2 hours past bedtime
...what? Does mommy know you stay up past your time?

When people stop being students/neets they generally form a reasonably consistent sleep pattern

Thats why I put it in quotes pham.I usually go to sleep at midnight,so 2 at night is my sweetspot pretty much
I think it's because you have more dopamine when sleep deprived, so that would explain that.

Yes, I feel at my best when I've been awake for a more extended period of time. More focused, confident, calm, and my thoughts feel more logical and analytical.
The reason is most likely adrenaline.

I don't approve of alcohol. Not sure who you're quoting in the second part
