Brother! Stayed up for almost 60 hours one weekend grinding WSG rep since it was the bonus weekend for it. Also one time stayed up for over 50 hours playing EVE Online since we had fleets going on constantly. With EVE I started hearing footsteps and seeing shadow people and shit, spooked the hell outta so I went to bed.

Around 60 hours because I was on medication which gave me insomnia when I came off of it. All these people saying they didn't sleep for more ours are lying, you'd fall sleep almost anywhere and very quickly if you didn't have a medical condition if you stayed up 2+ days.

Currently I'm running on 25 hours since I was last asleep. I had to go back to work today after some glorious Christmas time off and I couldn't sleep because I hate it, and then the little shit kids upstairs were making noise at 3 and 6 am and that put me into an indescribable rage which ruined any further chance of sleep.
I lodged a noise complaint with the council, and if it continues I'm going to report their mother to social services for neglect, as she works nights and leaves her little cunts, both preteen btw, to fuck around on their own all night.
I need to sleep, but if I do it now I'll wake up at a stupid time and everything will be ruined, so I'm holding out for a few hours.

I legitimately went ten days once without sleeping. At the end I started hallucinating and got exploding head syndrome which was terrifying.
I was on a drug called phenelzine which can completely suppress REM sleep. I just laid down in bed and waited until the sun came up every night.

I don't think I've gone more than ~40 consecutive hours. You know, just all-nighters.
But for the past 2-3 years I haven't gotten more than 4 hours of sleep per night. Recently I've started having pains and my whole body is going numb/weak. I don't have memory for shit and I can't focus on anything, hell I can barely focus my eyes. One morning recently I woke up and i was cross-eyed for a few minutes before being able to do anything about it and I felt like I had been punched in the head
