consistency is really important. helps tune your body to some sort of regularity.

I've had issues sleeping since I was a kid.
Video games played a big part in fucking up my sleep cycle.
I go days at a time without sleeping, crash in the middle of the day, if I sleep for an hour or so during the day I won't be able to fall asleep at night.
Tomorrow is my first day back at work after this vacation, I have to be "up" for work in 3 hours. Not even tired in the slightest.
