I have no responsibilities
I've been going to bed at 6am and waking up at 2pm the last few weeks because I have nothing to do during Christmas break. My next semester starts Tuesday and I'm going to have to get my shit straightened out.

Go to bed anywhere from 2 to 4am, wake up 5 minutes before i have to leave for work.
I overslept today and just didn't bother going in or calling.

I am home from college so it's acceptable. Once i go back i gotta wake up at 8:30 every morning.

I have non24.
My day shifts forward by two hours everyday.
So say today I wake up at 6am, tomorrow it will be 8am.
A week from now 2pm.
My life is Hell. I can't do anything.
On top of that, I wake up like 4 times every night incredibly nauseated and have to eat to avoid vomiting.
I probably would if I didn't have weed to help control the nausea.
Im considering disability because I just can't be a normal person.
Its like I live in a parallel universe along side all of you.
I can't hold down a job. If I try, I drive and pass out driving sometimes or have to sleep in my car and don't go home from work.
These days I'm going to sleep at 3-4 am and waking up at 9 am
being out or school has fucked me all up.

It was really fucked up for a few weeks where I would go to sleep around 6 or later and wake up around 16-18.
The last few days I have been sleeping a normie hours 23 or 00 to between 7 and 9. It's pretty nice like this but I know I wont always do this because I have a hard time keeping my sleep schedule not fucked up.
Yesterday I slept 4-7 and tonight it's looking like I won't sleep at all. I have bipolar and am in hypomania right now so I don't feel tired, just kind of dizzy/nauseous sometimes.
I usually go to sleep around 8-10 am and wake at like 5-6 pm.
Sleep 4am-7am
Wake up 12pm-2pm
Winter break from uni and I have lost all control and motivation to change anything.
How do I stop this? I keep missing out on cool shit my family is doing while im out of it.
