Judging by your posts you aren't too good at much but I'll be glad to give you some pointers about MOS selection and the enlistment process.
Speak to a fucking recruiter and tell them about your ballsack problems and how its been fixed up. More than likely you'll have to get paperwork from the hospital you got your nutsack worked on and the doc saying you're fine and nothing is wrong with you.
Go to the fucking recruiters god damn ASAP tomorrow. They'll ask you questions about your legal history, etc and take a practice ASVAB. Are you retarded? Can you score better than about 40% of the population? The questions aren't hard and most people score better on the actual ASVAB test. I never studied, showed up to the ASVAB hung over and sleep deprived and scored 81% and a GT score that qualified for all MOS that was open.
If and when you get to MEPs unless you have further disqualifying characteristics you're gonna be fine.
