>have a really cool German friend, Hans
>did a shit ton of drugs in Germany and he introduced me into the basics
>over 3 years we became really close friends
>we try everything, any obscure drug we could find
>in senior year he tells me about this drug he did back in Germany, Renvela
>it's supposed to help with kidney disease or some shit
>Renvela is only available by prescription
>one of the side affects are headaches, which according to him were more like trips
>we decide to try it
>no way to get enough of it by prescription to actually get us high so he contacts a friend of his in Germany
>get his friend to to send a kilo of it to us
>after a couple months and a bunch of planning, it finally arrives
>don't get what's the big deal about ren, it can't be that good
>he's about to go back to Germany so we want to have one last blast
>about a month until he leaves so we wait till the last day
>a lot changes in 1 month, he gets a gf, a cat, finds his roots here right before he leaves
>the girl, Ashley, the cat, ollo stay with us in our apartment until he either leaves or moves
>last day
>Ashley goes to work, we go out to get a fring, ollo stays home
>come back thinking we're gonna take a kilo of Renvela
>all of it is gone
