With viable eggs already frozen/previously saved for surrogates and those that were extracted from dead female corpses if possible, the chance of obtaining usable eggs is high.
The only question is to whether artificial wombs that can reciprocate the process of pregnancy could be developed in our lifetime i.e up to 80-90 years, possibly more if medicine would advance too.
If research was focused on artificial wombs, and I mean billions upon billions invested into it, its achievable within 10-20 years I think.
Same scenario as if research was focused on space travel, think how advanced it could become in 40-50 years.
Even then if that failed, germline gene therapies could possibly help create nu-females via manipulation of male babies, they wouldn't have eggs, but it could be possible to manipulate the growth of a womb.
Regarding that though, this is seriously unethical territory and would have dire consequences either way.
