Drugs have made it very difficult for me to find pleasure in normal acticities. I have to be high to enjoy video games or videos etc. Basically my dopamine levels are fucked cos of drugs.
It's not as easy as just finding a healthy replacement. I'd have to control my drug use better or completely stop in order to start enjoying normal things again.
