>resting heart rate of 105 beats per minute
>18 year old male
How do I fix this? Ideally I'd rather be around 90 bpm.
Less caffeine and start exercising.

Eat less, exercise more. You may want to talk to your doctor first considering how high your heart rate is.
Op here
So like should I do cardio and treadmill stuff or what?
I don't have anxiety but I'm pretty unfit I suppose, even though I'm thin

Yes
>tfw you have been muted for 2 seconds, because your comment was not original.

You can do that to start to get your stamina up, but you can start heavier exercises once your heartrate comes down to a normal level. Your diet will fix that mostly.
First thing to do is definitely talk to your doctor. I don't remember what rate your heart goes too fast at but with 105 at rest you might be at risk of hitting that.
Damn, same here but I exercise a lot so I always chalked it up to anxiety. What's your diet like OP?
>>25463701
Stop being a fat shit
>>25463995
Yes, cardio. Jogging works wonders if you do it consistently. Stretch beforehand to avoid injury and take it slow at first.

Lol 19 year old male 50 bpm how soon will i die?
>>25463701
Get off the addy op
>>25464122
You will die in your 90's.
That is a good heart resting rate.
>>25464122
Pretty good actually. Typically the fitter you are, the lower your heartrate will be. Unless you aren't fit and just have a really shit heart. In which case you will die tomorrow.

holy fuck im 24 and my resting rate is 50.
you're gonna die soon op
I have tachycardia and I'm 18 too, OP. I started taking beta blockers and now my resting heart rate is basically normal as long as I remember to take them. Ask your doctor and see if you can bet some.
Op again. I have a balanced diet. Eat very little junk food.
Don't have anxiety. Not on any medication. I just want to lower it for peace of mind
>tfw can't sleep at night without my heart going turbo
Even after swapping out all drinks with water and foregoing breakfast and lunch, it hasn't stopped.
I don't know how the other neets make it into their thirties.

>I have a balanced diet
Post a usual days eating, with no lies. Not to be pedantic but everyone thinks their diet is fine. I mean, kudos if it is but people don't really judge their diets objectively until someone else shines a light on it.

Wheetabix or boiled egg with glass of orange juice for breakfast
Ham and cheese sandwich with pint of water for lunch
Potatoes, baked beans, some red or white meat, carrots etc. For dinner
I don't drink any alcohol either. Drink at least a litre and a half of water a day

Might be a medical issue then. Get yourself checked out.
