I can only imagine that they have been forming for at least the past 5 years. Like stalactites in a cave, except made of smegma. Instead of the normal yellowish creamy substance they had become solid, like a rock, and were deep green in colour.
As of last night I have collected about a pingpong balls worth of volume of smegma nuggets. Its fucking disgusting and degenerate as fuck but at least I fixed my phimosis before it was too late.

That's the frenulum, from the Latin and meaning "little bridle".
