Ya, masturbating is a huge waste of time. If you masturbate once a day and it averages out to 30 minutes every time, then you spend about 180 hours a year masturbating. Do this for 10 years, and that's 1800 hours.
If you learn efficiently and have discipline, you can easily pick up an Asian language in under 800 hours and a Western one in like 300.
