I've had swamp ass for years and wore thick pants all year round. But it was connected to smoking. Since I stopped it has improved to the point I can get sweaty only if I'm very nervous or aroused or try to hold in pee. Smoking was messing up my digestion and caused me to clench ass muscles all the time.

Goldbond or any Talc powder will help. Not stop, but at least delay the swamp ass for several hours. I would recommend something unscented, otherwise the mixed smell could be awful.
I noticed my own swamp ass problem this year because we got new leather chairs at work. I don't do anything strenuous, just sit at my desk. But I would notice sweat marks when I stood up. They'd go away in seconds, but if someone saw that...yeah I don't want that to happen. Bought a few things at random, settled on goldbond spray/talc powder. If I use either of them, I don't get swamp ass until the day is nearly over, which is enough to make me happy.
Oh and speaking from experience, don't try certain dri for swamp ass. Just don't. That stuff does miracles for underarm sweat though.
