I'm not sure why I even asked that, but that sounds worthwhile. Something about the anime aesthetic makes me happy. I think it's the cuteness.
I used to do all of those things, and got pretty good at programming. I'm pretty autistic though so I couldn't come up with a story for a game because I can't into interpersonal interaction well enough to make characters or a story, and I'm too depressed to be able to think of exciting goals for the player. I ended up making a lot of mediocre engines and tech demos.
