Did the test after reading through a few of them and thinking.. that could be me, so lets take test.
After test, it came up with a different one that... sounds right too.
So, depends on my mood.
My thought though is that this is nothing more than horoscope stuff. There are quotes across the board from every one of these "types" that would make sense to anyone.

That's me right here, but I get ISFP on those tests. I guess they're somewhat similar since it's only different with the N/S part of it? I'm fine with two, maybe three, other people, but shut-down in big groups.
I think I remember one of these tests that went really in depth, it had rankings for "extraverted feeling" "introverted feeling" "introverted sensing" "extroverted sensing" etc and each 4-letter type like INFP, ISFP, ESTJ, whatever were based off of those rankings instead of the typical "You are 34% introvert, you are 83% Sensor, you are 97% feeler, you are 64% Perceptor" or some shit.
I feel like the only somewhat close-to-accurate tests are the SLOAN-big 5 test and ennagram test

I had my brothers take the test, and our one outliar ENFP brother- reading up on the descriptions made perfect sense.
I guess you should see the personalities that don't fit you. Originally I thought I was INTJ, but it didn't fit me perfectly. INTP was another category I feel under often, but I'm not super "data-savvy"
ENTP on the other hand, is the art of testing theories and poking holes in bullshit. It's fun. That's what I love doing. All the descriptions fit me to a tee.

There are overarching themes to personalities though.
Contribution to society, data vs intuition/ feeling, approach to solving problems
The way the website chalks them up make them all seem very positive.
... Which is why I like the pepe chart, cause it sort of brings out the unique negative overarching traits of that personality type.

weed also tends to make me question, or doubt everything i already know. stuff like, "lets think this one rationalization for this risky or negative behavior I have through for once", type stuff, and I make more connections from new things I learn, and I weigh how valuable the things I've learned are, to help me further understand why I do what I do and how I should fix it. since i'm not very good at the fix it part, i end up just feeling incredibly guilty and doing a complete 180 on my worldview for a while just to feel some comfort from my conscience.

That's a really shitty opinion.
I think that ESFJs are just not very common in anime since they tend to be the antagonists. Most anime tends to focus on introverts as the main character since Japan focuses on society as a whole rather than the individual itself. That being said, there are some exceptions.
A candidate that comes to mind would be Mei Sunohara from Clannad but clearly she is too young to fit in the chart.
The most obvious one clearly being Amane Misa from Death Note but she doesn't seem very waifu-material.
Mami Tomoe is another candidate but you can't really have a dead waifu.
Overall I'd probably end up with Emi from Katawa Shoujo. Even though she's technically not an anime, she is still probably the perfect candidate as a popular ESFJ representative.

I am but not in a major way. More of a social engineering way to make people like me more- I manipulate situations because I understand people really well and how to say things to make them like me and such, in one-on-one scenarios.
