I feel so weak all of the sudden. I can barely get out of my bed, have no strengh to do anything but shitposting, my head hurts so fucking much I can't think straight and I sleep like 14 hours a day, should I go to the doctor or it's just long term depression doing its magic.

I tried different medications but neither of them really worked. Things only got worse after taking them. On the other hand I'm visiting a psychologist which is helping a tiny bit, but nothing groundbreaking desu.
