Since I work as a psychologist, and I deal with a lot of people with severe mental issues, I see a lot of "scumbags". Some of these guys have no teeth, dress like a hobo, live off of welfare and live in trash, can't drive, can't talk properly, have all sorts of mental disorders from schizophrenia to tourettes. Yet they still have girlfriends. Sure, they may very well be the nicest people in the world, but I am sure most of them are not. Of course, their girlfriends are 0/10 fat moms living on welfare, but they are still SUCCESSFUL with women, where as I am not.
I seriously do not understand. And this is starting to make me depressed. The thing is, if I start seeking treatment for this depression, that will put me under observation, and I risk losing my job. But I am starting to spiral downhill. I am slacking at my job because I spend so many of my sessions focused on thinking of ways to kill myself.
I have no idea what to do. I think I am just going to wing it, hope for the best, try to not feel sad as best as I can, and should I lose my job, hang myself.

Tbh most psychologists/psychiatrists are worse than Autists. Seriously I don't know a single one that is really empathic. The males I've met with can be a little more accepting, as in, willing to admit there's something probably fucking wrong with you and you should really be getting help for it. Women on the other hand are just so judgemental: "how could you POSSIBLY be this way? What I learned in college suggests you're just being a faggot." I've literally had a counselor telling me to go to a city that's 45 minutes away, five days a week, for therapy. I don't have a car, or any money. It was one of the most stressful situations I've ever been in, I just wanted to rape the shit out of her for being so dumb.
