if you are older than 20 and stayed halfway up to date with technology throughout the years, you would have noticed that technological advancement slowed down rapidly recently, and i don't see why this wouldn't continue.
2030 is in just 14 years, and even the difference between today and 2002 isn't that big. now taking the decrease in technological advancement into account, we won't have jackshit in 2030. maybe occulus rift will have become the norm, but no fucking way will other sensory input than audio and visuals be simulated (and that's definitely required for a full experience).
