pour quite a lot of saline water in a bowl, like a small glass of water, ad just 2 or 3 afrin drops to the saline water, then clean ur nose with afrin, do this shit twice a day
slowly stop using afrin everynight and star drinking more water and eat more chilli
also go to the hospital you might have a deviated septum

It's because your nostrils split their work load, anytime your nose does stuff (breathe, runs, gets stuffy) one nostril is ALWAYS doing more work than the other, so to compensate they go back and forth between which one does the most work, even if it doesn't feel like it.
It's called the nasal cycle or something.
