i've lived out of boxes my entire life now that i think about it, but i would just keep them in their actual boxes (those companies always stealth ship) and just throw them inside a bigger box with junk in them.
my PuniHole is in it's box, in my box that came with my monitor in my closet, with all the other boxes i kept, like PSU and Mobo box.
