This just isn't true though. After 10 days of NoFap I'm normally way more confident than when I'm fapping and I'm pretty sure it's not placebo plus I'm uncontrollably angry which leads me to suggest that something is happening biologically to me.
Even if there isn't something happening biologically to my body to improve it, to set yourself a challenge and to beat the challenge has many benefits in itself and resisting the urge to fap is one of the hardest challenges there is.
