>haven't even touched another person in months
My main hobby these days is laying down on my linoleum floor face down and just hoping for death.

At least you have some time left OP. They say life isn't a race, but stagnation stinks. People WILL automatically assume something is wrong with you if you are pushing 30 and have nothing to show for it.
If you think you can put up with working some job you dont really like for a half decent paycheck, then focus on educating yourself for a career in accounting or nursing.
