I agree. Improvement takes effort. I guarantee that you haven't put in the work required for improvement. I was overweight years ago and to improve myself, I had to sweat, hurt and sometimes bleed. Don't cry about lack of change when you haven't tried to change anything.

That's good. Although I replied to you, I was speaking to OP. If you are OP then I'm not sure what you're complaining about. Change takes time. Changing your life takes even longer. To leave R9K for good, you need to change a lot. I haven't made it yet but I plan to. One day when I'n married and have kids, I won't need this place anymore.
