it's happened to me at work a couple times, by coworkers the same age as me. it feels demeaning and angers me somewhat. and no I'm not tall, rich, white or even good looking

I was called "hun", it's a demeaning term to show she sees you like a child and not a real man, especially not a guy that is sexually adequit, it's beyond even being freindzoned or ignored. It's basically a slur.

Being called "honey" by a woman is only okay if it's an elderly black woman. It's unacceptable from anyone else.
