Reading fiction isn't going to do you that much good. Non fiction helps slightly more but it's still 95% infotainment. A sense of entitlement is only bad when paired with being lazy and useless. Entitlement is necessary. Nice guys really do finish last. The kind of person who doesn't hold a grudge is the same kind of person who lacks pride. Without pride, you'll never get anywhere. Success actually makes no sense from a pleasure/pain standpoint. Pride or necessity are the only things that make anyone want success. I could keep going. Point is the infographic is feel good nonsense. It was definitely made by either a clueless woman or hipster.

While I sometimes don't feel "successful" compared to my peers, I am pulling in $175k a year at age 30.
I'm also a miserable, misanthropic know-it-all (as are many of my colleagues). I think that chart is bullshit.
Really, the only mark of success I've seen is that truly successful people have some level of intensity inside them, so they keep learning and thriving. But that doesn't mean you need to be friendly and charitable. I'm a completely miserable human being with numerous negative personality flaws, but god damn if I don't know more than anyone else in my field because I study longer than anyone else.
