Is anyone here just too tired to work and have a social life? I don't know I just wake up so fucking tired feeling and I almost pass out and feel light headed a lot. I have no idea how people work, eat, hang out with friends, then go out. I just feel like sleeping and tired as fuck literally every day. All day every day.

I'm the same way OP, I don't understand. I try to eat right, stay hydrated, ect but it doesn't matter. I'm ALWAYS tired/exhausted. Genuine fatigue and every day seems foggy almost. I sleep literally as much as my body will let me, usually a couple times per day. I know I'm depressed but I don't know how to get out of this. It's so overwhelming that it's getting harder to focus on things and making me want to do almost literally nothing.
