I know this feel.
The tense atmosphere surrounding my family means I only feel comfortable at night when I know everyone is asleep when they won't drunkenly rant at me. So my sleep schedule is now 5am-1:30pm
I thought the holidays would be better because everyone is home so days will be different but it's just regular days with additional anxiety.
Why does your family hates you? I'm a loser but my family is still nice to me, meetings are comfy.

I read somewhere that in medieval and ancient times the sleeping schedule for the average person was separated into two bouts of sleep with a period of wakefulness in the middle of the night. Wonder what else about our species we've augmented beyond recognition.
