Need a game to play, something low tec on my laptop. Something rpgish maybe. How's dwarf fortress? Seems interesting but hard as fuck. I like Baldurs Gate but its pretty tough, see, problem with my laptop is my touch pad mouse. I forgot my mouse at home. I have emulators too. Give me some ideas B. I'm looking to escape tonight.

I just purchased Thief: Gold on Steam and I must say it's very impressive. It's a 3D cloak-and-dagger stealth game from 1998. You rely on sneaking, dousing torches to create darkness and throwing moss on stone tiles to step silently. So far the game has exceeded my expectations by far.
Patching is it most recommended.
