I stopped going to lectures, didn't do a dissertation. I think starting on SSRIs and a tricyclic was the real thing that sent me into a death spiral of being too behind and too anxious/autistic to get help. I also hated my course had no friends and drank to cope with these. I only muddled through to 3rd year on acing the exams and doing no coursework, I hated projects especially group shit.
