I have terrible bacne and thought about Accutane, but don't want to lose my hair since it's already going away and I'm on Fin for it. I already think about killing myself everyday so that's nothing different.
BP works for most shit, but if you need something stronger just buy a tube of any Isotretinoin containing product. Shit will dry you out, but it actually works.
