Is romanticism the philosophy which most embodies the values and ideals of NEETs?
There's no doubt that NEETs are fiercely independent and deeply passionate people. We live for the moment because we know that it could very well be our last, and we have no qualms about voicing our opinions (no matter how controversial or upsetting they may be) because we believe that the highest measure of one's worth is their character. Physical form deteriorates, character is forever. Indeed, character is immortal. It's the only part of you capable of defying the natural cycle of life and death and living on as a memory in the hearts of those you leave behind.
Creativity, passion, and independence. These are the qualities which NEETs hold most dear to their hearts. We are philosophers, scientists, mentors. When others bow their heads and give in to despair, we keep our gaze straight ahead. Not because it's the easiest thing to do, but because it's worth it. Life is worth fighting for. When someone or something tries to take your most prized possession away from you, you don't sit on your hands and stare at them. You fight for it.
NEETs will demolish anything that stands in the way of them and their happiness. That is the key difference between NEETs and wagecucks. Wagecucks are so quick to give away their individuality and freedom to the highest bidder. NEETs are not so easily swayed. If you want to play ball with us, we will take it upon ourselves to ensure that the playing field is leveled out.
That confuses some, and wildly infuriates others. We will not make excuses, and we will not back down. We are uncompromising in our beliefs.
We are NEETs.
