I had to look it up. It seems similar in some ways neurologically to cerebral palsy. Mine was caused by lack of oxygen being born, and I was three months premature. I hope one day we find a way to prevent these ailments.
Being crippled is truly a fleshy prison. Don't let the "happy" cripples fool you. I'm not even that crippled compared to other forms of CP, but life is hell.
