I was diagnosed as anorexic at 14/15, trying to remove my breast fat.
i eventually reached a healthy weight and realised this is a very common condition that can only be removed with surgery. but the damage was already done, i was very depressed during puberty. i used to enjoy physical activity but after gyno appeared i never did physical activity again, the shame was too much, but most importantly after a match of badminton i was the laughing stock of the class (boys school) when they pointed out my breasts.
this shit alone fucked my life.... even now i wear baggy clothes in the searing heat.

Gyno = breast tissue. Breast tissue is hard and rubbery and can't be reduced once it's become fibrous--it can only be surgically removed. Fat is easy to get rid of without surgery, and arguably even fat-induced man tits look better than moderate to severe gyno because you don't get the crazy pointy nips.
