If you ever think about looking at porn just for a bit, remember it wont be just for a bit and it will end in a relapse. If you ever think there is no point in doing this, and you forget why you started just run out of the house or something and go for a run and try to make your self remember.
Also write the reasons you are doing this down, and read through them each day. Write down what porn is doing to you, and how it hinders you.
Also avoid all nsfw materials, stop looking at pictures of hot girls, don't stop to look at one if you see it while scrolling.
Remember always that it is worth it, and after some time it becomes easy and natural as it should be to not watch porn.
