Anyone else feel tired constantly even though you sleep. I have trouble sleeping too, I lay in bed for like an hour and half before I finally knock out.

The most significant and important benefit to me of nofap is that after a week, sometimes two depending on how long it takes to recover, I start waking up on time, actually feeling refreshed and not 'exhausted'. Also can actually lay down and go to sleep without laying there for hours.
